What happens after I order?
You will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it. We will contact you via email if there are any issues regarding your order.
Please make sure to review your order prior to submitting payment. After you submit your order, it begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. If you have any questions, e-mail us at info@amasidecor.com with the subject line "HELP" prior to placing your order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our products are shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, using the selected shipping carrier. This does not include transit time, which begins after your order ships out. If we encounter any out of stock items, you will notified via email regarding any delays.
Emails regarding fulfillment and shipping of your order will be sent periodically. For any problems with delivery, please contact your local post office to see if it may have accidentally been delivered elsewhere, or held at their center.
What is your Refund Policy?
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date that the order was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Customer pays return shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways if making an exchange. Exchanges are processed as a refund and a new item will need to be purchased/shipped out. Contact us at info@amasidecor.com for return shipping address/details.
Once your return is received and inspected and if approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
